Some good news on a rainy day :0)

Hi girls,
Just thought i would share some good news on this rainy day! I had my 12 week scan yesterday and everything was perfect! A little heartbeat flickering away and two tiny arms & two tiny legs!
I'm so happy I didn't sleep a wink the night before and they were running 40mins late which was so not fun with a FULL bladder! Lol
But I'm so happy I can't even tell you! I got put back a few days to the 20th December, what an amazing Christmas present hey.

Congratulations Hun! I bet you're so relieved could I ask how long it all took? I have mine on tues and at work they want to know approx when I'll be back in but I haven't a clue how long it takes

Thanks honey I'm soooo relieved!
The actual scan was half an hour, then I had to go & have bloods taken in the next ward along, the whole thing once I got in was just over an hour, good luck chicken xx

Awww congratulations! It's so nice to get some good news for a change, all the bad news on here makes me very paranoid. I am desperate to get in for my first scan, just constantly getting delayed with appointments and everything!
