Arrrrghhhh ladies any tips to help de-stress myself lo's playing up and im shouting and getting really worked up which isnt good helppppppp :wall:
 
Oh dear... poor you. Here are some ways I de-stress, maybe they will help:

- Take a long brisk walk

- Ask a friend to give you a neck massage

- Have a hot shower / bath

Doctors told me i've got to rest till my scan on Wednesday so i'm in the same boat, trying to think of relaxing things to do to pass the time.

Just had a long soak in the bath with classic fm playing, they're doing a chart of the most popular classics today, don't know if you like that kind of thing. I'm going to make a hot drink now and lay on the bed watching old sitcoms. That's all i can think of really, maybe a nice film that you can get involved in, take your mind off things.
 
i always read if i'm feeling like that, even if its just the paper i find it helps and focuses my mind on something else. hope you feel better soon :hug:

OMG Im sure me and you are the same person!! :shock:
I have been sooooo stressed today! More so than normal! I keep getting pains in the belly too when I get mad and then I get upset lol
Im no help! Coming on here has took my mind off the kiddies playing up etc but other than that Im still stressed haha
