I saw physio today, who was brilliant, was very helpful and did a very thorough assessment. I thought I had what sounded like SPD, as was having lots of bad pains in my back and pelvis. Well turns out SPD is unlikely, still possible but unlikely. I actually have one leg shorter than the other (by 2cms ) and one joint in my pelvis is stiff and restricted, which combined with pregnancy, loose ligaments and my scoliosis (curve in spine) is causing all my pain.
Now I know what to do, hopefully the pain will ease. She got me to stand with my right foot barefoot and my left (shorter leg) in trainer, and the pain eased it's likely that pain will continue, but hopefully not to the extent that i can't climb the stairs, that was excruciating now I have to get a couple of left insoles to make my left shoe higher than the right
I'm happy now! I like it when I have positive appointments! Next milestone is 20 week scan (which is at 22 weeks, bah!)
