Try not to panic hun, you will know when you get a positive test, I promise! They do get lighter sometimes before they get darker & like M2A says, if you're having EWCM already, the egg may be yet to pop. You're testing so regularly, you really wouldn't miss a posiive surge! What CD are you? X

Remember I got all panicky & did an opk every hour in the end!!! I think Kizzis tests went lighter before getting dark & I also had EWCM before i got my surge

Thanks girls. I think I'm CD34 or 35 now. Still earlier than what I thought I would ovulate though. Jen, did you see my darkest opk? Keep forgetting!

I only assumed I had ovulated as I had the dark opk then a fainter one. Pretty much the same as CD19 really! But the only difference being, I had slight amounts of EWCM. Hoping I will ovulate tonight or early Jan, my hubby's birthday in February and I'd love to present him with a BFP.

I'm worried sick I've missed it this cycle though.

Aw hun I understand totally why you're worrying sick but you need to relax because that in itself won't help you. What if you are worrying so much and haven't ov'd yet - I know I am asking the impossible but try to be strict with your head. Do you ever meditate and do the ackowledging feelings but not indulging them thing? I think it's a cool Buddhist meditation technique and really helps - you see the worry and you say yes that's there and then you visualise it floating down a stream away from you.

Was your other dark one CD28? I saw that but didn't think it was as dark as CD19 but in all honesty, I think you are yet to get your surge. I reckon you'll see it when you least expect it; if you are are CD35 now, I reckon give it another 5-7 days and you'll see it. I think because like me, you started testing really early, it's a massive pain that it feels like it's taking so long but with long cycles it's just one of those things! Keep at it petal, you won't be disappointed x

Yeah I do lol, I think of all the what-if's and just dismiss them. I try and opt for the positive thoughts but it's hard. Going to try my best though! Will go to the NYE party, enjoy it and then *hopefully* BD when we get home. Ring in the New Year and all that. x x

Hey hun, I've just been looking at the ov sticks and you're right, I even told my hubby that it was lighter than the control line. Yesterday's opk was lighter too.

Today is CD34 then...Not long to go til I do my next ov test! I think I was just panicking because we usually BD every night and I worry that anything less will hinder our chances. Gotta RELAX eh?

How are you hun? Were your ov tests like mine?

Honestly MissJ, don't panic, I really don't think you've missed it.
My tests were very similar to yours, I always had 2 lines which does make it harder to determine. I thought CD19 was my day too, then I got another darkish one and by then I didn't know if I was coming or going. I tested by luck on CD36 I think and that's when I got my surge
I say relax tonight & I bet it will happen when you least expect it x

I've just checked and I got a positive OPK on CD32 & CD33 and think my egg popped on CD34 - your cycles are so similar to mine, I reckon your surge you will be in the next week!
