Small weight babies and car seats

On the 30th December Ophelia weighed 11lb 6oz at 4months and 6days old.
Its 9kg for the forward facing car seats and if she continues on her arch in the weight graph, she won't be 9kg until she's about 20months old, and its roughly 9months when baies reach the 9kg weight. I am NOT concerned about her size AT ALL, I am simply asking Mummy's of small babies when their LO's went into a forward facing seat, what age, Ophelia is in the back seat of the car and I am looking forward to her looking forward

lelands still rear facing in a 0-4 years car seat as he outgrew his baby carrier height but not weight wise , his just hit 10kg at 1 year and will be rear facing till 13kg . at 9 months he weight 9.62kg so heavier enough but i didnt want him forward facing yet for saftey reasons and to give his neck time to get stronger after health problems with it when he was younger .
