ive lost 6lb this week.. but i have hardly eatten and what i have eatten has been rubbish..nevermind 6lb is 6lb even if i am ill.. ive got 8lb to loose to get to the heaviest weight after havig charlotte

cant believe my heaviest previous weight which i promiced myself id never ever be is now my xmas target.. thats just disgusting..well i have now lost 1 stone 5lb

i try to have fruit with free natural yogart for breakfast and keep my healthy extras. i have even had noodles for breaky on green day before now lol... a good old favorite is egg, tomatoes bacon mushrooms on a red day

or.. mushrooms egg and beans on green.. it makes you feel like you are having something naughty even though your not
