lucy will be 1 in a few weeks but im wondering if anyone else has advise to try and train her to sleep a bit better at night. she doesnt have milk at night but wakes several times in the night. i offer her water but she isnt interested (i stopped the milk cause she was interested in that either!) well she has been unwell with cold etc but is much better now but wakes several times in the night and will get up at 0500. this wouldnt worry me but im up alot in the night then up at 5 then off to work. im knackered and she is too!! any advice would be great. xx
