My son has been sleeping on his belly all night for the past few weeks, I use pamper baby dry or pampers active fit, mainly baby dry at night. They don't leak.. but I find now hes on his belly, the front is filling up crazily.. and hes waking up damp due to this.
I rate pampers highly, and wouldn't change, unless someone can recommend through experience of their baby sleeping on their belly, a different range I could trial for night time use x

I came on here to ask this exact question!
We've always used aldi nappies Whig I couldn't fault at all, especially for the price.
My son has been leaking through his nappies, right through his vest and babygro, usually soaking his sleeping bag and sheet too I'd put this down to him sleeping on his front as the wetness is mainly all up his front.
On recommendation, we switched to pampers baby dry at night which seemed to do the trick for a couple of weeks, but now he's back to leaking. We've tried bigger sizes and different brands but none seem to be working. The only other option I can think of is to wake him up through the night to change him, but he's such a light sleeper that he won't go back to sleep once disturbed.
Otherwise, I've thought about trying cloth nappies but they are just so expensive to buy initially :-(
Sorry no advice, hope someone else can help you, or both of us!!
Xxx

aw no!.. atleast we know wer're not alone haha.

I thought about cloth nappies.. you can get the inserts with boosters etc.. to pad it up.. but for some reason I really don't think they'd do the job. something I seriously considered too.

Maybe someone who uses cloth nappies could help us out on that one?!

I also thought about waking him.. but again.. he wouldn't be too happy about it, atleast we're not leaking yet, only showing damnpness on his vest. xx

I've posted on another group I'm in on fb, a few have recommended tesco own brand as being very good. I think I've already tried them but a lovely lady is sending me a few to try so I'll let you know how we get on with them :-)
Nappies are so expensive as it is, I don't want to keep buying whole packs, using a few then finding they're no good :-/
Loooooads have recommended tots bots bamboozle cloth nappies with a waterproof wrap and lots of boosters (I think, I'm clueless when it comes to cloth!!) seriously considering these, but again it's a cost thing.....but if it saves us some washing then may be worth it lol.
I think waking them would be a last resort thing, hopefully it doesn't get to that for either of us. Xxx

I used tesco nappies and little one sleeps 8-7:30 ish and never leaks and he had an 8oz bottle at bedtime. He also sleeps on his tummy xxx

Im clueless but could they ever be put on back to front lol?

Especially if the back has more absorbant materials lol
Its worth a try i suppose! Well... so long as it doesnt hurt them anyway x

Yes definitely try putting it on back to front !!! It's a winner xx

I used to put my daughters on back to front when she learnt to take them off lol. Not sure will work now as they seem more shaped at the front so wouldn't cover his bum. Disaster if he pood lol xxx

I find pampers baby dry are purposely more padded at the front already.. so cant try that with this brand lol

I use pampers and aldi and my son is a tummy sleep and we never have a leak, they are bulging full after 12 hours but no leaks.

I don't want to patronise but are you sure you are doing them tight enough/ accounting for the gap they make around the leg once they stretch out and move around? And also the frills all out rather than in.

Can't be much help other than that

My youngest has been a tummy sleeper since birth and still is at 2 years old. If he happens to roll onto his back he rolls over onto his front again within 3-4 minutes! I've tried a few nappies but have always found Pampers baby dry or active fit to be best for him. I also prefer the fit if them too. My eldest is 4 in June and is still in full time nappies because he has autism and developmental delays. Pampers never leak on him either and he pees for England! lol x

I change nappies as part of my job so definitely know that I'm putting them on right. I've put him in bigger vests and an even bigger nappy at night, he was dry this morning so fingers crossed for the same tonight!!
He must just wee silly amounts as his size 4/4+ fit fine and he's well within the suggested weight! I'd never had problems with pampers until now either.

Yeah nappy on tight enough. Don't worry always worth suggesting as some people don't know =)

Although I found the fit better with active fit, they don't hold as well as night.. man this nappy thing is complicated haha. If my husband was the last to change him before bed I always check/change my boy before hand make sure its done properly haha x

I found this when my wee one started being a tummy sleeper, I always got up a size/+ size and it's sorted itself. He is now in size 6 at just under a year though! I always redo his night nappy after my mum or OH do it as well haha! Mum knows best ;-)
