For five weeks now I have had broken sleep (obviously) which really doesn't bother me, but for the past couple of days I have had a strange change to my vision.

It's like I am slightly on another planet, not dangerously, I can function, do stuff I did before, but it's like I have a constant fuzzyness in my sight. It's a bit like when you close your eyes and see those patterns, but I'm getting that slightly with my eyes open. Also my eyes are a little stingy.

I wondered if anyone else has experienced this since having their babies.

I used to sleep really well, right the way through the night, so having my sleep broken twice a night has been quite a jolt to my system.

Yes this happened to both me and Sean :? I also had a headache with it. Was scared to drive too as I just felt as if I was half drunk I was so tired

its the headaches thats got me , and having a cold for nearly a month

I've had insomnia for 5 yrs so I very much know what you're talking about! Lack of sleep makes everything cr@p!

I have this too but when I went for an eye test last week my prescription hadnt changed at all even though my vision feels weird. Guess it must be brain tiredness rather than anything actually wrong with our eyes.

I get it too - it's scary i felt like it on Monday and was too nervous to drive. I can cope with the broken nights sleep it is horrible feeling so tired that you can't function properly. Already today i have put my watch on upside down and put the butter away in the bread bin

iv had that from lack of sleep both b4 and after having a baby. x
