ok, my boobs are getting increasingly sore so im guessing my sickness is going to get worse?

this thing is, im not feeling sick in the mornings at all, im actually feeling great in the mornings, its mostly at night and through the day past 10.30 is this really morning sickness? i vomited twice since finding out just because of a smell, but im not actually being sick now, its just a watery mouth and a wave of sickness that lasts anywhere from 2minutes - a full day its not bad but is this actually pregnancy sickness?? lol x

Hi there,

Morning sickness can be any time of the day and can last a couple mins - all day. I think morning sickness has started properly for me now.
If i'm woken up it makes me feel even worse.

Morning i wake and i feel so sick, it doesnt pass but it does die down for the rest of the day. Then the evening comes and i feel so sick again.

Trying to find something i want to eat without feeling like im going to throw up is difficult at the moment. Crackers are great i find as they fill me up and are quite bland which helps.
If anyone has any tips on food to eat that wont make you feel even worse please let me know.

Morning sickness is not nice but at least its a good sign that everything is going ok.

Take care

xxx
