I’m 8 weeks. I was feeling extreme exhaustion and some nausea up until about 3 days ago. I’m worried that my feeling okay for a few days is a bad sign? I have my first baby doc apt in 4 days. Thoughts?

Everyone is different with what symptoms they get and at what extremes, so I wouldn't think too much into it <3 easier said than done I know, but try to relax <3

As IVW said, everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. By 8 weeks the placenta takes over most of the hormonal load which gives your body a bit of a break. Some women at this point start to feel a bit better, others it takes into the second trimester, and some unlucky ones feel shit throughout the whole pregnancy.

I think there's such an emphasis on pregnant women having morning sickness that when women don't have it, or when it passes quickly, we automatically panic that this is a bad sign. I didn't have it with my first, and I had very slight coming and going nausea this time.

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, but mentioning it at your booking in / to your GP if you're worried so they can reassure you <3
