I am worried

Hi all,

I am 10 week pregnant. 2 days back i went to doc and she did the first ultrasound. It was great and i noticed my baby move.

Initially, I was having a movement feeling of baby in my lower abdomen. But since yesterday that feeling has gone. I am no more feeling Morning sickness. I am worried if everything is fine .

Before this pregnancy i had a D&C for missed abortion at 9 week last year. I am really worried. Should i get ultrasound again.

Please comment and suggest.

10 weeks is still quite early to feel baby move, but even if it was baby moving you probley would not feel it every day anyway as baby is still quite tiny, but if you do get worried at anytime id give your m/w or gp a call. if everything was ok 2 days ago i would have thought everything is still ok.
