Sharp pain one side of ovary

I'm kinda worried! This is my first pregnancy. I was walking home from shopping today, it was a 10 minute walk. I had 2 bags full of stuff but it was just veg and wasn't that heavy - when I got 2 minutes from my house I have a sharp pain one side of my ovary and I've heard this is a bad sign.

I haven't felt this sharp pain before.

I'm 5 weeks pregnant.

Can anyone help if they have felt this before?

iver had this but not that early on, keep an eye on it x

I had this quite early, especially if I coughed or sneezed x

I had this on and off from weeks 5-6 I checked with the midwife and she said it was my body adjusting. Found it hard to believe because it was early on and was so worried but it did go away and the midwife was right.

Easier said then done but TRY not to worry xx

I had this quite often during the early weeks. I was assured it was totally normal, and everything is fine now x
