How do you know which shape is the best for your child?

I am using the cherry shaped ones, but he hold on to them for a while then sort of spits them out and crys wanting it back, so i'm thinking maybe this isn't the right shape or he is being a pain.

Any input would be great.

Thanks
Sarah

Sam prefers cherry to any others, the others just slip straight out :)

Ryan will have any, unless he's being stubborn and wont have one at all

Sophie will only take the cherry teats for some reason!

on the very rare occasion willow will take a dummy shes not fussy but my little girl is a thumb sucker.

i just got D on the orthodontist ones from the beginning as i had read others say their babies would only take one kind of dummy

Willow will only take flat tommee tippe ones and Conal will only have MAM ones, i think it's probobly more that he is still little to hold onto his dummy than the shape you need to hold it in till they get a good hold of it.

Hope this helps

Heather

I think it is best to buy orthadontic dummies if your LO will take them as they interfere less with LO's oral development. Jake will take any orthadontic soother.
