Sex after birth and bleeding

Totally up to you. We waited till 8 weeks and it was fine then - felt ready before but was terrified something was gonna burst if I did it before!

I don't see why not. Though tbh its not something that would appeal to me simply because of the irritation factor and that the pressure might cause a bit more bleeding.

I will admit to finding it painful when we tried 7 weeks after I gave birth. But then I had stiches that had healed. If you had some or tore might want to wait a bit longer.

I too am bleeding on and off, but we had sex 4 weeks after birth but I had a c.section (after 2 days of labour). The last 2 times I have bled a bit after sex, it is really when you feel ready
