Hi everyone,

My husband and I were in Tesco and we have been looking for Pregnacare/SevenSeas vitamins since we returned from India and can actually get a hold of them haha We noticed today they had a 3 for 2 on the vitamins so we got the Preconception Sevenseas for women but I couldn't find any "conception" labelled ones for him so I just got the adult multivitamin ones...has anyone any idea if these are worth using or should I really try to find the ones that actually say conception on them?

TIA and lots of baby dust to everyone xxx

Don't think you can actually get "conception" ones for men. They just need to be taking the right vitamins. When I was TTC I was taking the Seven Seas Trying For A Baby tablets and my OH was taking Seven Seas Multivitamin Adult. Now we're pg, I take the Seven Seas All Stages Pregnancy tablets and he continues to take his Seven Seas Multivitamin tablets to keep the right levels in his body for when we next want another child! I've never had any issues with them and have found them to be great so far.

I wouldn't recommend the Pregnacare ones as a lot of women who have reviewed those complained of stomach cramps. I'd say you did a good job in picking the Seven Seas range! Best of luck with your TTC.

We bought tescos own ttc brand. It has woman's and mens. The only one that didn't mess my cycle up! It's £10 for 30 tablets each and like you said tesco do the 3 for 2 :) x

Pregnacare do Wellman conception vitamins for men - OH has been taking those. I started off taking Seven Seas swapped to Pregnacare only because the amounts of the vitamins was higher. No problems taking either. I have very regular cycles and haven't noticed a difference. Only thing is the Pregnacare tablets are much bigger in size if that's an issue.

Pregnacare does his and hers pre-pregnancy vits. We were both taking them when ttc no 1. This time around I am taking 7seas pre-conception vits and my oh takes 7seas multivitamin.

Once I become pregnant I will switch to Pregnacare, as the amount of vitamins is higher, plus calcium etc.

I would say for pre-conception any brand is fine xx

Thank you everyone for your replies. I feel like I am overanalysing everything since we started ttc haha I saw the wellman conception ones but they are expensive when compared to seven seas.

2 days til AF is due  so scared xxx
