Sent home from work today, wasnt coping well

Just wanted to say I know how you feel too - :(

I just came back to work today after having a miscarriage. Had a D&C on Saturday and this has all been a lot harder to cope with than I could ever imagine.

I think you are better off at home, at least you can cry when you feel the need and take things easy. I really needed some more time off as I am just sitting at work desperatly trying not to cry - even more difficult when other people are pregnant here and everyone is talking about babies!

Just feel so exhausted, physically and emotionally - guess everyone feels this way?

Take care

 i think thats what makes us feel worse sometimes, when i get my next bfp i will deff be waiting as long as i can b4 telling anyone, i found this the hardest with people around me knowing and after i lost it i found it hard making sure everyone knew what had happened(

I agree... I had to have a d&c 12 years ago - it died at 8 weeks. Only the minimum people who I felt needed to know got told this time. After the 12 week scan and when I knew (so far) that everything was progressing ok, only then did I start to tell people.
