Seem to be a bit stuck at the potty training

Everything has been going grand with training Arianna. But at least one day a week she has an accident, which I dont mind as she is only little and still learning. But she seems to get so embarrased by it and then for the next day wants back into her nappy.

When I was cooking dinner tonight, she was playing in the lounge with just a t-shirt and her knickers on and all I heard was her saying "oh no" and I came back through from the kitchen and she had the box of tissues off the coffee table and her trying to wipe up her wee.

I just picked her up and cuddled her and reassured her that it didnt matter, but she didnt want my cuddle and ran to her bedroom and came back with her nappy in her hand.

Would reusable training pants help? So that they feel more like pants but can deal with little accidents? Like these ones:
