scan at 6 week.

has anybody had a scan at around 6 weeks?? I will be 6 week+2, i am just wundering if anybody can tell me what to expect to see. I know its early & everybody is different but just so i have a rough idea of what to expect. Thanks in advance ladies xx

My SIL had a scan at 6 + 5 and saw a blob with a heartbeat. You couldn't make out a baby shape but could see the yolk sac and heartbeat. Her yolk sac was about the same size (maybe slightly bigger) than baby.

Hi, I had a scan at 6 weeks. They could only see the sac and a little flicker of a heartbeat by external scan. They did an internal too and saw the sac, heartbeat and measured the baby at 4mm. They will see a lot more by internal!

my scan was an internal at 7 weeks and it just looked like a little blob with heartbeat, didnt look like a baby at all, was just glad to see heartbeat.

Hope it goes well on monday, i'm sure it will i have one too so will be just as nervous as you tomorrow night xx

hi I had mine at 6+3 here it is. had to mark it as my OH thought the whole black mark was the baby saw it moving with really strong heartbeat! good luck with yours x

it was an internal and 5mm, still a blob in the sac but amazing
