Scan at 5 weeks and no yolk sac - is this normal?

:-) they doubled almost!!! :-) friday my Hcg levels were 348 results from yesterdays blood test were 682!! The nurse was lovely and has even booked me in for an early scan so I can see what's goin on in there! I have my first scan tuesday next week! I'm sooo excited!! :-) xx
