Scan at 5 weeks and no yolk sac - is this normal?

they doubled almost!!! friday my Hcg levels were 348 results from yesterdays blood test were 682!! The nurse was lovely and has even booked me in for an early scan so I can see what's goin on in there! I have my first scan tuesday next week! I'm sooo excited!! xx
