Mine are painful most evenings even though I am not on my feet all day.
I get my hubby to give them a very soft rub and then I leave my socks off and elevate them on a pillow while watching tv on the couch. By the time I go to bed they tend to be a bit better. xx
Thanks. It's difficult for me to rest much though cos we only moved in together last Friday and there is so much that needs doing in the house. We haven't even made a start on the nursery yet so I try to get a few things done in the day whil my partner is at work. He moans at me saying I should be resting but I know the pains and swelling will get worse if I leave things too long and start trying to do more even later in my pregnancy. I keep my feet elevated as much as possible but after standing for half an hour, they just go back to being really swollen again. They get worse instead of better
