I recently missed my period (making me about 5 weeks by my count) and I had a panic attack yesterday which resluted in me taking 10mg of diazepam (Valium). I am so acutely against taking most medicines, this was my first does ever - but this was over the top. My nerves are however still on edge because I think that medicine might cause fetal defects. Can anyone offer up some clarification for me?
