Yeah that's what she did, I think we only sell the one strength in our store anyway (our store is tiny lol). I'm actually starting to like the tea now, its not too bad xx

am on the capsules, currently taking 5 a day as per working up to the maximum of 6 a day that it advised on the bottles.

Am upping my dosage at 39 weeks!
