Raspberry leaf question...

Im starting this very very late, but its worth a try. Just wondering how many cups you are supposed to have a day please? and can you have too many? xx

I think you're supposed to build it up gradually twinkle, so not sure how much to suggest to you! I doubt you can really have 'too much' because you're ready for anything that might happen anyway! Maybe 3-4 cups as you're 40 weeks? (Happy due date btw!) x

Thanks Becky xxx
Its prob too late, but im going to have some anyhow, cant do any harm can it? xx

No, and apparently it's good to carry on taking after pregnancy to help your uterus return to normal so it doesn't matter really that you're only just starting!

a colleague of mine said that is did her some good she can't remember when she started taking it but that it did help her uterus after the birth, I have 2 cups a day now and am going to start on 3 tomorrow just have to be careful it says if you get strong braxton hicks which I had yesterday which funny I didn't have any yesterday

My BH have definitely got stronger since I've started taking it, and I've also felt a lot more happening further down in terms of the baby moving into the pelvis, but that could just be coincidental with my dates anyway. I've never been a big believer in herbal things/alternative remedies but figured anything that could help is worth trying!
