I never had any intention of using one as I didnt know much about them but my OH has just bought me one home and said it can encourage your waters to break? And help baby to become fully engaged? So just wondering lol how do you actually use it? Literally just sit on it and bounce? How long for? And how often?! lol confused xx

From what I gather yes thats all we do is sit on them and bounce or go round in like circular motions. Lol. I don't think there's a specific length of time just how long you feel comfortable. It's supposed to help with pelvic floor aswell apparantly.

Sorry I've not been a lot of help lol x

I've been using mine for weeks as they help with pelvic floor and your core. My friend who is a fitness instructor gave me some things to do like rocking side to side and back to front and also resting one foot on the floor and slowely raising the other one abit and holding it to help with balance. Not sure about bringing labour on.

Just get boing-ing

Helps baby engage & get into a good position for birth. You can do figure of 8's, squats, bouncing & use it to lean on to rock your pelvis around!

Good luck!

xx
