For that number, often hiring a villa for the duration can be cheaper than booking say a hotel or 2 apartments type thing, there are heaps of holiday villa websites on the internet, you could book that and book a cheap flight seperate, I know Easjet fly to several Spanish airports now. Otherwise travel agents tend to do good group deals now (not as expensive as they used to be as they have lost of a heck of a lot of business through online sales) or try some of the cheap operators like Thompson or Cosmos. Another idea is holiday villages, like Haven type thing but over in Spain, Eurocamp and such like. I'm sure you'll find something suitable, just keep doing the research.

You can fly with Thomson Fly from Robin Hood airport or with Jet 2 from Leeds or Manchester very cheaply, the sooner you book your flights the better.
You can the look on the internet for private rented apartments/villas, they work out much cheaper than a package.
The only thing to remember is that y6ou need to get your own insurance and if for example the flight is delayed then you wont have the tour operator support like you would if you had booked a package. So for example if your flight is delayed by a considerable amount of time then a tour operator would normally put you up in overnight accommodation, when its flight only you don't get this luxuary and will have to sort yourself out. Its a risk but the savings may outweigh the risk if you are on a tight budget.
