Puffy hands and face

I have just been for a walk with DH and doggies to the beach. Had a lovely stroll but had to climb over some sand dunes and i think I have over done it a bit cos i now have really puffy hands and feet.

Can this be a side effect of over doing it or is it just a coincedence?

I'd put your feet up so they're higher than your hips and hopefully they will go down. Keep an eye on things and maybe call your midwife and mention it. Oooh...walk on the beach...how lovely! x

Probably a sign you've over done it hun but do keep an eye on it getting worse as can be a sign of high bp and pre eclampsia... Keep ur feet up and get some rest

I used to swell up if I had over did it but like the others said, keep a close eye on it. You should notice the swelling going down within a couple of hours if you elevate you feet and chill out for a while. xxx
