Swallon hands and feet

Ahh just looked at my hands and they are swallon to the max! Then looked at my feet and they are the same. I have never had this through out the pregnancy until now. Is it anything to worry about especially that I'm overdue?? Xx

I have this too, MW today said not to worry unless it is accompanied by headaches, wonky vision or sickness

I think it is just water retention, I try to sit with my feet up as much as possible to reduce the swelling and if they get too bad a put them in lukewarm water (can;t do really cold, it hurts)

Mine are worse at night too

My feet are swollen too, and my fingers ( I can't fit my wedding rings on now ) my mw wasn't worried x x

I've started getting this. Had to take my rings off and can't get on my normal shoes so living in flip flops! I also think mine is due to water retention as im up and down all night to the loo and in the morn i am certainly less swollen although not completely gone. Come on babies, we all sound like we've well had enough xx

Just for info - If your feet start itching (mine do when they are swollen and hot) try Aqueous cream that's what I have been using, it's like the miracle worker of all creams lol....

Same here! At my last mw appointment I asked about it again. Been swollen for a few weeks now, but got to the point where I had to take my wedding ring off last week She said my blood pressure was totally fine so not to worry. However, I've had some weird black spots when blinking sometimes so she said me for a blood test (for pre-eclampsia) just to be safe.

I'd defo get it checked hun, especially if it was all of a sudden. Better safe than sorry.

And yes, aren't we a pretty lot right now?!?! Ha ha!

Good news my bloods for pre eclampsia came back fine so I know it's not that

I have come up spotty as hell this week though, just another pregnancy joy, I dunno how hubby can stand me at the moment
