preseed question and luteal phase question!

hi!
in my first 2 week wait (9dpo & feel like af will prob arrive soon as temp dropped a lot today) so trying to get over my disappointment by thinking about next month!!
i didn't notice any ewcm during ovulation and have seen preseed mentioned on this site. can anyone tell me anything about it- what does it do etc.
Also this is my first proper cycle after coming off the pill in June:
first cycle 102 days not sure if i ovulated
second cycle ovulated day 28, currently 9dpo and temp has dropped.
does anyone know whether a long follicular stage and a short luteal phase will sort themselves out over time?? do you think its still my body adjusting from 10yrs on the pill or should i visit a doctor?

Hi Puds. I think preseed it a friendly lubricant to use while bding, but not 100% sure.

As for long follicular stage and a short luteal phase, everyone is different and mine changes every month. I've been looking at other ladies charts and the difference in lengths is amazing. Thers no 'normal' time to them
