Premature labour

I know most of us worry about this happening, but I really have a gut feeling that it will happen.

I am already experiencing some signs (at 27 weeks). Which are:

Swollen lady bits
BH contractions (tightenings)
lots of pressure
Period type pains
Lots of discharge
Sharp pains down below

I know with your 2nd pregnancy you can feel things a little bit more. Am I just worrying over nothing or is it worth bothing a mw? I dont like ringing them becasue they make me feel like Im wasting there time if there is nothing wrong.

I do have alot of stress at the min. My mum is really poorly and no body really knows whats wrong with her. First they thought it was cancer and then ME and know its a mystery. Me and my mum dont get on at all at the best of times but I still love her lol. She is a very jelous lady which is putting extra pressure on me.

Also Mark, my partner is rebelling to his responsibilties and drinking way too much.

I wouldn't be be suprised at all if my lil boy comes early.

What do you think? do I need to ring hospital?

I didn't have a premature baby but, I'd suggest ring your hospital/midwife and make them listen. No harm in asking just in case. And suggest your bloky cuts out the drinking a little... you may need him sober to drive. And he needs to accept he'll have to cut down when the baby comes anyway. x

I have to agree too call your gp or mw and get checked if only to puy tour mind at rest
