Hi all!
After having my little boy 4 years ago I have since suffered 3 MC. The doctor has told me that they believe that it is "bad luck" and that I should try again once I feel ready. Iv been doing a lot of googling around the best vitamins to take to give myself the best possible chance to conceive a healthy baby. What's everyone's thoughts on which vitamins are essential to take whilst trying to conceive and whether it is better to take these through a multivitamin ( pregnacare ect) I have had a look at both pregnacare and seven seas conception vitamin however there seems to be a vast difference between the dosages of each vitamin? The pregnacare one seems to have higher levels of each vitamin.

After 6 mcs, I started taking tesco own him and her conception, 1000mg vitamin c, 1000mg omega 3, 5mg Folic acid. Hubby started taking the same but 400Mcg folic acid. X

I took Seven Seas then changed to Pregnacare as the doses were higher and I hope that will be better. Some ladies on here have said it messed with their cycles but so far no issues for me. We're TTC #1.

I just take Spatone iron water, and folic acid. I concentrate on tons of vitamin c rich food. I also eat seaweed to help with hormonal balance.
