Pregnancy card symbols

Had my second MW app today and just curious if anyone knows what some of the abreviations mean

Under fundus height it says =D but with 3 lines not 2 like in equals
Also she listened to babys HB but didnt write anything down but on the next line ( the one for my next visit) she drew a square box in the HB part?

three lines and a D means fundus is the same as your dates. So your uterus is measuring 24 weeks! Which is good. Not sure what square box is for, she may just tick it next time or something? xx

oh cool thanks hun, guess the extra line was to put me off and not realies it more less does me equals LOL

Box is still confusing me but maybe she was just doodling
