I know from the start or a pregnancy, every woman is trying to rush out and find the perfect guide with all the hints, tips and niggles.

Well, I was searching and I couldn't find one that I was comfortable with. Until my friend handed me her book the other week and I have been stuck to it like glue!

It's called;

What to expect, the first year

Authors - Heidi Murkoff, Arlene Eisenberg and Sandee Hathaway, BSN.

You can find it on Amazon;

This book takes you step by step each month and has the pros and cons to everything, so you have full insight. Like the great debate about breast feeding! How to choose a good doctor for your baby, weening, sleeping, child care and so much more.

This book is about 740 pages thick, so you will need some time to read it. But I would highly recommend this to any mother.

I would recommend the Pregnancy Bible but by the time you're at 3rd tri theres no point really! :)
