Anyone take this? Has it helped/is it any good? Its the his and hers prenatal i am looking at

Hiya I took it for couple of months. I think it’s good but didn’t help us conceive yet. I switched my husband to wellman fertility now and I am still taking the pregnacare though

I took it for both months that I conceived. Have just had another BFP though and I didn't take them this month at all!

Not sure whether they helped or not!

We tried Pregnacare his and hers for a while. Some ladies report changes to their cycles but it didn't have any impact for me. The important thing to remember is that it's just a branded multivitamin. It won't get you pregnant. Of course there's nothing wrong with taking a multivitamin to get your body ready for pregnancy. Tesco/Boots do own brand versions that are cheaper and nearly the same ingredients. We switched after we found this out. One thing to mention though. My OH had low motility on his first test. He started taking vitamins and his tests were much better. He also improved his diet and exercised more so it could have been any of those things but though it was worth mentioning.

Ugh i hated this. Made me ovulate later, had no ewcm that month and had massive blobs of googy stuff.
I started taking his and hers tescos own, they were awesome. Had plenty of ewcm, ovulated on time pretty much every month. Plus theyre was cheaper and tesco do 3 for 2 on vitamins.

I started taking it and a couple of months into it, I started spotting before my cycle, which had never happened to me before. It could have been coincidence but I didn’t want to continue taking them (especially as they are so expensive), so I’ve gone back to vitamin d & folic acid. My husband takes wellman conception vitamins though and his SA results came back above average. However, he does have a healthy diet and exercises a good amount too, so that probably helps.

Thanks for all your replies. This month my cycle hasnt been as good, not sure whats to blame but ive had virtually NO fertile CM, and according to FF have ovulated!! Oo I was taking pregnacare and primerose oil tho and ive heared they can conflict slightly, im already ruling myself out this cycle.
