That sounds promising. Just did a quick google on it and thee are lots of cases where folic acid has relieved symptoms. Sod it, I'm getting a lifetime's supply!!

I took the pregnacare original.
No problems apart from the fact it made me extremely late for a period :/ xxx

That's really interesting Tiffany I started taking them this month and had a 61 day cycle (just got AF today at last) which is my longest cycle ever. It never occured to me it could be the Pregnacare. But it has made my nails and skin better so I might carry on and see what happens next month.

I've been taking sanatogen mother to be before conception and during pregnancy - not preg *wishes* that's just what it says lol x

Thanks for all the advice, going to stick to folic acid and BDing. Got a big tub of Agnus Castus ready to use if and when we need it so will stick to that

My accupunturist gives me and hubby something called Anti Forte or something like that, he says its like the pregnacare from boots but much stronger and better.
