Preggy Belly Bars...

Has anyone else Got their button pierced? and used one of the plastic bars?

Recently put one in after months of poking it through to keep my hole there from about 16 weeks... Now its gone red and sore just hope it doesn't get infected xxx

Just dreading stretch marks appearing around my top hole heard so many horror stories about them.... Keeping up with the creams so x xxx

My belly button is pierced, but I have a metal allergy so I can't wear mine all the time anyway. I have a plastic bar that I use just to make sure that I can still get a bar through. Though everytime I do do it it goes red and I get a scab!!I just think that it's always going to get irtated until I wear one for a longer period of time.

Just make sure that each time you put the bar through it is clean (run under boiling hot water) and all should be fine!x

Yeah I think it is just getting used to having a bar back in even though it is one of the skinnier plastic bars x

My belly is pierced too, my DH bought me a bendy plastic bar to keep the hole open, I'm having no problems with mine as yet, I just take it out when I have a bath and re-sterilise it before putting it back through xx

i need to get some plasti ones, i have the top and bottom of my belly button peirced and its my bump is just starting to get big! x

I used a plastic bendy one before i was pregnant and it was fine for me xxx

I used a plastic bar when i was pregnant with my first, where the ball sat i have little stretch marks but when the bumps not there it just looks like a ball mark, try putting the bar in salt water before putting it back in the hole, should reduce the redness and make it less sore.
