...and holly is only ten and a half months old. we do not know how far off we are yet but im thinking it might be seven weeks..waiting for the date for the dating scan..seriously NHS take ages to write to you..been sick as a dog unlike my pregnancy with holly all ive managed to eat are crackers and white rice ..i cannot stomach anything else..anyone else with really bad morning sickness and what are you doing to feel better ..?

You sound shocked like me. Im stil taking it in.
I was very sick last time and it was just wee nibbles every now and then, nothing fancy. Ginger snap biscuits were good and tea with grated ginger in it helped.

I tried the travel sickness bands. Not sure if they really made much difference, but was too scared to take them off incase they were working and I only vomited once. xxx
