Preg again after M/C .. Scared!

Hi ladies,

I had a m/c with my 1st pregnancy at 11 weeks, they were twins. After the d&c they ran some tests and found out I have APS a blood clotting disorder and lupus. I still haven't flared but I just found out im pregnant again. I'm on aspirin and clexane injections to thin my blood. I was wondering if anyone else ha done that. I hate over medicating with a baby but I dont want another m/c my doc said I can risk it and only take aspirin and see if the baby would make it as theres a 80% chance he/she will be ok but I couldn't do it so I'm taking the injection + aspirin.. Although deep down I'm scared I dont want to go through a m/c again!!
