PPI... Possibly tasha?'

I think it was tasha who posted about claiming back her ppi. She inspired me!
So about 2 months ago, I contacted one of the no win no fee places. They got me to send some paper work. They wrote to nation wide. I phones nationwide this morning yelling at them because they sent me a letter threatening to take me to court over the weekend.
Well, on the phone the boy said something interesting. My ppi is being refunded. He dint know how much, but they hVe cleared my 300 ish pound arrears! I know I'm owed more than that so I'm looking forward to my letter... Which better include a cheque!

Congrats! I used to work for a no win no fee claims company like that. Some of the claims were HUGE! As long as you are fairly "up-together" with your finances etc (although in debt but at least keeping up with regular payments regardless how small) then alot of people can claim hundreds, thousands and even tens of thousands!

I remember one customer who had been sold PPI so badly AND against his will on a mortgage. He had the whole lot refunded, including the loan amounts AND had the house for free! Madness but true and one very very happy customer!

Anyone else who is looking to claim... it's not just on Credit Cards! Credit Cards, Loans, Mortgages, Finance agreements (Cars), HP (ever bought a computer on finance?)... etc etc

I've been in arrears for about 3 years, always made at least some sort of payment every month. And gave them lumps of my student finance to clear arrears so I'm bloody happy I'm not about 3 grand in arrears. And at this second I'm not on arrears at all! Anything more I get, I'll give back towards the loan so it's got rid of quicker.
Selling my car, so well happy that whatever we get wil actually be ours coz I was going to use some to clear the arrears. So happy!! X
After that it's just stupid loans to pay off... Well get bak to me in about 20 years for that one!! X
