Posterior at 38 weeks and 3/5ths engaged

Hello all

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to move my baby from a posterior position if she's 3/5ths engaged already?

Shall I do all the exercises they suggest or is it too late? It's my first baby and starting to worry about the labour if she's in this position.....

i am 31 weeks pregnant and baby is posterior but not yet engaged. i thought this website was quite informative and offered some easy exercises to try.

Not sure of an exact answer to your question but i've been having reflexology and apparently they can do it to help move the baby into a better position if needed. Don't know how good it is but i've heard lots of other people say it too.
