hiya girls can sum1 plzz help me lol iv ordered somehting and it came but i wasnt in so they popped one of those orange tickets through the door and i have lost it!!! its only round the house somewhere but i cnt find it im gna have another look now but iv got a passport with my pic n name on do you think they will mind if i havnt got it i really need these they r xmas pressies

Is this something that you need to collect from the sorting office???

I have lost the tickets before and went to collect it with my passport and a letter proving my address and they gave it to me no problem
