Stocks! PLZZ HELP

Hi,
I need to know the basics about trading in stocks. i am not in london now and trading in another country stocks any way my questions are soo easy i know but i have no experience and wish to find someone here that might help.
when i traded today online i made an order to buy stocks based on last price . but the price went up and my order wasnt executed!! i called them they said its not always based on last price it might be offer price
soo what price i should follow when i want to buy and what price to sell??
there r like bid price offer price last price
i am confused plzz help.

I think you need to go ask on a specialist forum for that sort of thing tbh.
Have a google search and I am sure you can find somewhere where you can read and learn more online.

I know some things about stocks, but I'd certainly not want to try to advise you on any of it.

That sort of thing is really for the experts as its your money you stand to lose.
