I didn't have them during the pregnancy - just appeared three weeks after the birth...

They are pure evil Had the with pregnancy and they were HUGE after birth, took about 3 weeks to clear.

It may not be, my tear was really close to the anus and now occasionally if I do a poo thats too big P) then I get some bright red blood. I asked at the doctors and they said its just a little tear. I'm guessing its where the scar tissue is it doesn't stretch as much as it should.
Hope its not piles for you
