Possible UTI again

So I'm pretty certain I have another UTI

Been in agony since yesterday afternoon, and almost threw up this morning for the 1st time in about a month. Just feeling crappy in general. Will be phoning midwife 1st thing tomorrow morning to hand in a urine sample
