Positive OPK with pcos

Hey!
Has anyone with PCOS experienced a positive OPK and actually ovulated? I know it could mean I’m not actually ovulating due to hormones.. I’m really hoping this is positive. Please help! May I add that I don’t have regular periods so I really have no idea

I don't have PCOS but my friend does. Shes been lucky to have 2 kids with it.
Ur test looks good. I'd test again next few hours see does it even get darker. Although if that is a one step brand mine never went any darker.
