My sister wants to ask people not to bring friends along to her wedding.

What's the most polite way of saying it on an invitation?
i only know how to say it in french. Word for word it would be

"The invited does not invite" :rotfl:

I've never heard of anyone taking a friend to the wedding unless it says

Requests the pleasure of WHOEVER & PARTNER.

You should come to our parties!!
In my culture people are used to going to everyone's parties and weddings, that's just how people are! they bring friends and family along.
My sister wants none of that!
