Please help me

Hey everyone so i really need your help. I have been off of birth control for about a month now, my last period was a bit late since i am still coming off of it. I had sex with a friend of mine on on Feb 16 ( I was not ovulating) this was about a week before ovulation. 8 days late i noticed that i was spotting, yesterday i there was no spotting at all, and today there is again. I am not too sure what is going on. We used a condom and the condom did not tear or come off at all. I am curious if this could be due to the fact that the sex was rough? Could i be pregnant? I just don't know what to think anymore. My period is not due for about another two weeks so i do not want to stress so much about all of this spotting.

I would say it's likely that your body is just getting used to coming off of birth control. Normal cycles can take a while to kick in so you may well not ovulate or get your period when you expect to. I think it's unlikely that you would be pregnant if the condom was still intact. I really wouldn't stress about it but perhaps do a test in a few weeks time if you still haven't had a proper period.

As Michelle said it's probably a hormonal change that's causing the bleeding, I know when I used to accidental forget to take one of mine I would start to spot. Although when I stopped mine completely I never had any spotting and just had my next period as normal.

I wouldn't worry, if you used protection and it didn't split you should be fine xxx
