platelets

My midwife came round my house yesterday on her day off to discuss my blood platelets with me. They have just tested my blood and my platelets have dropped quite alot. She said I needed another test next week as I cant afford to lose anymore. Im sure everything will be fine, as they know what they are doing. But I cant help worrying, cuz without platelets my blood wont clot.

Good luck with your repeat test. Try not to worry too much. If the platelets are still dropping there's bound to be something they can do. It's just that they need to establish if there is a problem first.
