Pimples

I have been getting pimples again...but not on my face
Wondering if anyone else constantly has small sore pimples on lower legs, centre of upper back, and buttocks Sorry if TMI, girls, I've tried everything and nothing takes them away...some heal and others replace them. They just look scabby, more than anything else. I keep myself extremely clean, so the problem is not hygiene - just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they've found effective!
Going to a wedding on Saturday and can't show my legs!

I read on another thread that Sudocrem is supposed to be good for spots if you apply it before you go to bed at night. Hoep this helps

Valderma is also very very good. It does sting though when you first put it on, but it gets rid of almost any kind of pimple. You can get it in Boots. Good luck xxx
