Piles (sorry)

Sorry for topic, but wanted to ask other mummies about post-natal piles.

I never had piles during either pregnancy nor after my first. But since a few weeks after my second I have had a bit of pain and sometimes blood when going to the loo. Looking online suggested this is quite common and should go away but she's now nearly 4 months old and still there.

Has anyone else developed post-natal piles? How long did they take to go away? Did you have to see GP for a cream?

I got them soooooo bad after my son I lived off cream for them took a month or two for them to completely go. BUT mine were so bad. I even got a fissure!
